Monalisa Tart is a premium frozen yoghurt powder with a bold, distinctly tangy flavour. Simply mix with water and freeze down in any gravity or pump-fed soft serve machine. Versatile enough to serve classic, Greek-style, rich and creamy, or with a citrus twist — each 1.8kg bag makes up to 4 litres of mix and approximately 50 serves. Made in Australia. Halal certified.

Mix ratio 1.8kg powder to 4 litres cold drinking water

Add the contents of one bag to 4 litres of cold drinking water.
Stir well and allow to re-hydrate for 10 minutes, then stir again.
Transfer to a soft serve machine and freeze down.
