Monalisa Mild is a smooth, approachable frozen yoghurt powder with a soft, mildly tangy flavour — perfect for venues that want broad customer appeal. Simply mix with water and freeze down in any gravity or pump-fed soft serve machine. Customise with cream, fruit juice, buttermilk, or tub yoghurt to create your own signature serve. Each 1.8kg bag makes up to 4 litres of mix and approximately 50 serves. Made in Australia. Halal certified.

Mix ratio 1 bag (1.8kg) to 4 litres of cold drinking water.

Add the contents of one bag to 4 litres of cold drinking water.
Stir well and allow to re-hydrate for 10 minutes, then stir again.
Transfer to a soft serve machine and freeze down.
