Monalisa Classic Vanilla is a rich, creamy soft serve powder delivering a smooth, authentic vanilla flavour your customers will keep coming back for. Designed for gravity and pump-fed soft serve machines, each 1.5kg bag mixes with just 3.5 litres of water for a consistent, high-quality result every time. Each bag makes approximately 44 serves. Made in Australia. Halal and Kosher certified.

Mix ratio 1 bag (1.5kg) to 3.5 litres of cool, clean drinking water

Pour 3.5L of cool, clean drinking water into a food-grade container
Add 1.5kg soft serve powder
Mix with a whisk for ~60 seconds until fully dissolved
Allow mixture to stand for 10 minutes
Whisk again briefly before pouring into machine
Set machine to freeze and serve
