DOLE SOFT SERVE® Pineapple-Flavoured Soft Serve Powder delivers a refreshing tropical pineapple flavour with a smooth soft serve texture. Designed for commercial soft serve machines, each 1.88kg bag mixes with 6 litres of water.

Pour 6 litres of cool, clean drinking water into a food-grade mixing bucket or another suitable food-preparation container.
Open one 1.88 kg bag of soft serve powder and gradually pour it into the water while mixing with a wire whisk.
Continue mixing for approximately 30 seconds, or until all the sugar has dissolved. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes, then whisk vigorously before pouring it into a commercial soft serve machine and freezing.
Once prepared, the liquid mix must be stored below 5°C and used within three days.
