1. Coverage: Snow Flow provides a ‘back to base’ warranty for all the machines sold. The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

  2. Warranty Period: The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.

  3. Remedy: During the warranty period, Snow Flow will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

  4. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes damages caused by misuse, overloading, physical/environmental damage, improper installation, and improper maintenance.

  5. Geographical Limitations: The warranty is valid regardless of the customer’s geographical location. However, all warranty claims require the product to be sent ‘back to base’ for assessment and repair.

  6. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the transport of the product to and from Snow Flow for warranty claims.

  7. Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, customers must contact Snow Flow directly with a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase.

  8. Disputes: Any disputes related to the warranty will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
